Facebook is not going to be charging you for your account. Its just a rumor being sent around by uninformed people.
The one I sent that says Bill Gates is going to give you money if you forward the email is true. Also, PayPal needs your bank account information immediately.
So everything except that Facebook message is true.
But the Facebook one is true too.
